我们的客户是一家中国领先的高科技集团公司，现出于业务扩张的需要，急需招聘人力资源总监一名，工作地点北京。 

作为人力资源总监，你将与业务部门密切合作，全面负责人力资源及行政管理工作；结合业务情况，拟定HR管理体系并推行，保证公司经营目标的顺利实现；负责重大事项的协调管理；监督国内及海外业务部门高级管理人员的招聘工作，对员工进行绩效考核；企业文化的推行工作。其他人力资源及行政管理相关工作。

合适的候选人需要具备本科及以上学历，至少10年跨国企业或国内大型多元化企业人力资源相关工作经验；其中最近4年以上高科技行业从业者优先；并具备较强领导力。

HR DIRECTOR

HR POLICY AND STRATEGY

Our client is a top-tier internet company with offices across China. They are currently looking for a HR head to be based in Beijing.

This position will work with business teams to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. You will also be involved in organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment, working closely with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues. You will ensure maintaining various parties’ interests and assess business units' human resources training needs by conducting group training sessions.

You should have a Bachelor's degree, with at least 10 years of human resources experience within multinational companies. The ideal candidate has 4 years of recent experience within the high– tech or internet industry. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills and a strong work ethic to be successful in this role.
