职责描述

  • Recruiting:

  • Understand and analysis recruitmentstrategy and position requirements, communicate with vendors/line managers todefine the best talent qualifications and potential talent market.

  • Independently screen and manageSpecialist level of recruitment activity with the supervision and guidancegiven by the HR Manager.

  • Assist the HR manager to coordinatespecialist/medical talents interviews for line managers and companystakeholders.

  • Monitor reference check service with thevendor.

  • Manage the recruitment system and publicjob posting channels.

  • Staffing:

  • Partner with HR team to communicateongoing delivery, changes, provide value-added consultation and services.

  • Work with HR manager to facilitateworkshop activities include but not limited to: New joiners orientation andwelcome party, Internal Referral Award, Managerial Interviewing Skills Workshop.

  • Manage and monitor HR staffing/operationsrelated to payments closely with Finance and Legal Department.

  • Answer employee queries regarding HRprocedure, staffing and hiring/transfer process or policy, etc.

  • Manage employee and advisors informationlist and contacts.

  • Vendor Management:

  • Develop new vendors and participate inannual vendor review and contract review project.

  • Drive vendor delivery per SLA and managevendor performance through centralization & simplification.

  • Collect monthly payroll metrics andtracker the operational status.

  • Pre-onboarding process:

  • Collect related hiring process documentsand send out internal notification to IT, Finance to initiate pre on-boardingprocess.

  • Arrange and initiate background vettingprocess and health checkup.

  • Initiate laptop purchase request, andarrange accommodation for new comers who are currently residing outsideShanghai.

  • Inform HR Manager and hiring manager oncompletion employee’s probation process.

  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager,within HR responsibilities, but not limited to recruitment.


任职需求

  • Bachelor degree and above, be passionate inhospital industry.

  • Excellent communication both in English& Chinese and strong execution skills.

  • Problem owner and solver attitude, able towork under pressure.

  • Team work spirit, creative thinking andwilling to learn from others.
