职责描述

• Act as a primary HR interface to make sureplans are aligned with the business priorities and needs.

• Ensure all HR policies and practices are incompliance with corporate and the statutory requirements while limitingliabilities and promoting a safe, fair, positive and engaging work environment.

• Analyze country/market/entityspecificities: conduct gap analysis and propose new organizations andstructures.

• Work closely with business leaders toensure high quality and timely support to business in location in the processof target setting, performance management, and competency management to bealigned with business development strategy.

• Support organizational changes such asrestructure by providing appropriate solutions to the business from the HRperspective.

• Review and analyze business request toidentify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance,retention, employee engagement.

• Implement and facilitate talent developmentprojects including organization & talent review, succession planning, andleadership pipeline program.

• Help to ensure stores are in necessarycompliance with applicable laws and policies.

任职需求

• Bachelor Degree or above in Human ResourcesManagement or related field.

• 10+ years relevant experience in themultinational companies, with at least 3+ years managerial experience,experience in retail and luxury industry is preferred.

• Strategic thinking, strong business acumen,proactive, mature and self-motivated.

• Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills, able to build relationship and influence employees at all levels.

• Desire to work in a fast-paced andresults-oriented operating environment.

• Good team player and strong peoplemanagement and leadership skills.
