职责描述
Executes policies, programs, and processesdesigned to deliver business results and support organizational growth anddevelopment.
Ensures accuracy and timeliness of HR data,reporting, entry and tracking through partnering with human capital teammembers and others.
Partners with human capital team member toimplement and encourage participation in key processes ( performancemanagement, surveys, trainings, etc.).
Advise on best practices for both localhires and expatriate staff programs.
Supports with employee communicationsefforts needed to share human capital program and process changes.
Other business partner labor relation tasksas assigned.
任职需求
Undergraduate degree, ideally in field suchas human resources, communications, or similar.
4-8 years of HR experience in operations,compensation, business partner function or other relevant areas.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability tomaintain working relationships company-wide.
with an ability to navigate in highlypolitical environments.
Strong sense of urgency accompanied by a“roll up your sleeves” approach.
Ability to clearly and effectivelycommunicate in both English and Chinese with employees and senior leadership.
Flexible and adaptable to changing businessrequirements.
Detail-oriented with strong organizationalskills and extreme discretion with sensitive information.
Excellent time management andprioritization skills.
Strong work ethic with a customer serviceorientation; enthusiastic team player.
Fluent written and verbal communicator inboth Mandarin and English.
