2016中国美国商会《商务环境调查报告》显示,对企业在华业务影响最大的五个商业挑战中,有两项与人力资源相关,位列第一的挑战是法律法规执行不清楚。在当下快速变革时期,人力资源相关的法律法规成为人力资源从业者频繁遇到的难题,且在裁退员工过程中尤为突出。难以裁退员工是会员公司面临的五大人力资源挑战之一。
中国美国商会人力资源工作组邀请您参加人力资源社会保障部法规司负责人与美商会会员的座谈会。话题涉及且不限于:
劳动合同法修改 (裁员法规、退休计划、工会组建及作用)
社保计划(各地统一计划、可能的修改、增加的成本、外籍员工的保险)及企业残疾金
此次活动仅对中国美国商会会员开放,并采用中文进行。
According to this year's AmCham China Business Climate Survey, two out of the five top business challenges for companies are Human Resource related. One significant challenge is unclear laws and inconsistent regulatory interpretation within the HR space, and is particularly problematic when laying off employees or restructuring companies and departments across China.
To provide clarification, AmCham China's HR Forum is hosting officials from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, who will touch on:
Possible labor law amendments (layoff regulations, retirement, work union setup and role, etc.)
Social security schemes (inconsistency at local levels, possible changes, increased costs, expat insurance plans and increased costs for those with disabilities.)
