职责描述
Participates in the process of definingbusiness strategy, moves strategy to action, prepares HR strategies to align withbusiness objectives, ensuring the correct translation of business strategy inHR priorities.
Supports communication processes in orderto ensure appropriate knowledge sharing and people engagement.
Supports line managers in planning andstructuring communication processes involving people issues.
Plans appropriate activities with internalcustomers and HRs in order to guarantee a satisfying and empowering workingenvironment.
Ensures proper implementation ofcompensation & benefit policies in the different countries.
Provides input to Learn and DevelopmentDivision, when an employee program training is requested, during a competencyanalysis.
Manages recruitment/hiring activities andinternal/international mobility, in order to support line management inidentifying candidates fitting with company values and business needs.
任职需求
Bachelor Degree or above in Human ResourcesManagement or related field.
8+ years relevant experience in themultinational companies, with at least 2+ years managerial experience,experience in consumer industry is preferred.
Strategic thinking, strong business acumen,proactive, mature and self-motivated.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,able to build relationship and influence employees at all levels.
Desire to work in a fast-paced andinternational operating environment.
