工作内容
1.Work closely with respective consultants and regional team members across Greater China
2.Collect and consolidating information (via cold calling, networking, screening, researching), and conducting fundamental analysis. This includes being able to clarify research needs, identify and gather relevant companies, industries, and economic information from a broad spectrum of appropriate sources, and develop well-synthesized, targeted deliverables for use by the consulting team
3.Partner with consultants or team leaders in assessing, attracting candidates and negotiating salary from both clients’ and candidates'side to manage closing.
