职责描述

  • Manage all aspects of HR activities thatrelated to the Shanghai office, which includes new employee recruiting,on-boarding, training, compliance program for employees and interns, employeebenefit program and external vendor management, employee exiting, and be theprime point of contact person with the HR team at our headquarter office in NYC.

  • Work closely with China office leaders tosupport HR activities for our portfolio companies in China/Asia, which includesjob market diligence in China/Asia, HR partner selection in the region,recruiting support for major positions and be the major admin contact personfor our portfolio executives who are physically sitting in the AS Shanghaioffice.

  • Be the Executive Assistant to China countryleader and office manager. Major duties include executive travel and meetingplanning, itinerary development, T&E expenses processing, monthly officeadministrative dashboard preparation, and time entry system updating for theChina office. This person will also responsible for planning trips/meetings forUS colleagues and company executives when they travel in China/Asia.

  • Other duties that are related to the job:

  • Coordinate with 3rd party IT vendor and USIT team on office IT related matters.

  • Organize major office events for the Chinaoffice, with the supports from other team members.


任职需求

  • High level of integrity and trust.

  • Well organized and structured in planningand execution tasks; Good time management skills for managing multiple taskssimultaneously, while completing work within allocated time frames. A dedicatedteam player with a strong sense of ownership.

  • The candidate should be culturally andlinguistically fluent to work effectively in a small team environment, we seekto recruit a candidate who is fluent in written and spoken English andunderstands western work styles and ethics, while simultaneously understandinghow to navigate in the local markets.

  • The right candidate should have solidbackground from either professional firms or MNCs in assisting executives,managing HR matters and organizing firm building activities. Basic financeknowledge is a plus.

  • Bachelor degree or above.
