Reporting to: CEO Greater China

About this Job

Develop and implement HR landscape and structure in line with the overall business strategy. 

Ensure HR support to cope with changes in the organisation.

Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws, labor agreements, and HR functional policies and programs.

Manage the headcount at national and regional levels with a view of improving efficiency.

Draft and update bonus scheme, compensation and benefits package.

Design career development for high potentials and develop retaining strategy for top performers.

Analyze training needs and craft and implement training plans.

Prepare HR budget and manage costs to budget.

Take a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to a firm’s objectives.

任职资格

Qualifications and Competences

Bachelor degree or above.

At least 10 years HR and administration professional experiences in foreign companies in China.

Familiar with local labor law and other government regulations on employment.

Communicative, problem-solving and results oriented

Excellent inter-personal communication skill and able to interact with all levels of management and staff.

Experiences in organisational restructure an advantage;

Strong leadership and coaching skills and good presentation skills

Fluent in both Chinese and English, German knowledge an asset.
