职责描述
Be responsible for recruitment for newplants, including preparing Advertisement, screen CV, select the candidate tothe hiring department.
Be responsible for the SAP - HR function.
Be responsible for the employee’s personnelfiling in time, Properly manage the on-boarding and departure procedure for theemployees.
Prepare the employment contract, offerletter, amendment and any other kind of employment related document.
Other tasks as assigned by the Dept.Manager.
任职需求
College or University diploma.
Minimum 2 years HR working experience.
Good knowledge of the local labor laws andprocedures.
Good PC skills especially for MS-Officesoftware.
Good command of English in both spoken andwritten.
